Good morning all!  I don't know about where you are but here in Upstate New York our mornings are becoming a bit crisp, fall is in the air and I love it!  I noticed a couple of trees today that are beginning to change colors and I am feeling the urge to go up on the hill and pick some apples.  So this weeks Papertake Weekly challenge is entitled "a hazy shade of autumn" , why don't you go capture the seasons colors on your card and play along? Good morning all!  Last day of summer vacation here and we are in a bit of a scramble getting everything ready for the big day tomorrow!  I will miss summer but we are ready to get back to some sort of order (or as close as you can get to it in "the house of chaos").  Well on to business, today is tuesday so it is once again time for another Papertake Weekly challenge.  This weeks challenge is an "anything goes" challenge with the optional twist of not being square.  I may have missed this one by a bit but in my defense my card is rectangular  NOT square, right?? September Our Daily Bread Designs new release blog hop

Image
Good morning all.  I am very excited this morning to have a part in showing you the new release from Our Daily Bread Designs .  If you arrived here from Angie's blog you are in the right place.  If not you may want to hop on over to the Our Daily Bread Designs blog to start the hop at the beginning.  There you will also find all the details about the hop and what you need to do to qualify for one of the prizes. On my card I used the new set Be Joyful .  Once again, as I usually do, I went for simple because I wanted the verse to shine through.  I stamped the verse, masked it then stamped and sponged around the verse, after that I just layered it on some yummy BoBunny paper.  Simple... now pop on over and visit with  Chris   and see what loveliness she has to share with you What I used: Our Daily Bread Designs Be Joyful SU whisper white, crumb cake, basic black Prima Reflections Versafine black, SU crumb cake, Ranger antique linen clear embossing powder
