If you can't I understand and since I am in a kind mood I will give you a quick run down on how each one is done. The first card uses the new stamp Medallion. This stamp caught my eye first thing. I think you will be seeing a lot of it, because I really, really like all the things you can do with it. The card base on this is made out of confetti cream. I then stamped the medallion stamp on it using a Versamark stamp pad. I then used sponge dauber to apply pastel chalks. On a scrap I did the same thing of just the center of the medallion then punched it out with a 1 3/4" circle punch, added a little bling with a fire circle rhinestone brad then attached the circle to the center of the medallion with foam dimensionals. Yeah, today is new release day for the Elzybell summer line. Make sure you hop over to the Elzybell store and check out all the new goodies. The Elzy girl has matured a bit, she looks a little more grown up but she is just too cute. I struggled a little bit with todays card, knew what I wanted it to look like but didn't quite manage it. Are you ready for one more sneak peek? Tomorrow is new release day for the latest Elzybell Art Stamps so I will have one last sneak to show you tomorrow morning. Todays projects has given me a longing for the beach. Every winter I visit my girlfriends beach house with a group of fabulous friends. It is a week that I look forward to every year. The greeting on this card should have been "I wish I was there" but since it isn't I will save this little card to send to which ever one of my friends doesn't manage to make it on the trip this year, though I, of course, hope that all of them can make it. Usually when it is sneak peek time for Elzybell Art Stamps I am never lacking for mojo because lets face it, is there anything more motivating then new stamps? This release is slightly colored by sadness, though. This is my last new release for Elizabeth, our one year agreement is up and it is time for me to move on. The Elzybell team is my first design team and I have had a wonderful year working with some super talented ladies. My name is Debi and I am a paper addict. I managed to stay clean, for 47 days but I once again fell off the wagon today and bought more. Designer paper is my drug of choice, card stock will do it for me as well but I don't get the same high. For a long time I was doing really well when my only sources were Stampin' Up! and my local big box craft stores. I won't let myself put in a SU order more then once a quarter and I would actually sometimes even use up it up and then my local stores for months and months had the same old tired designer paper that I had already bought. But the big stores got smart, they figured out how to get me, they email me coupons and put those giant stacks of designer paper on sale for $9.99 and they keep getting in NEW STUFF!!! What is a girl to do but buy more of it??? I walk in the store with my little coupon in hand, I'm going to buy something, just one something and it ISN'T GOING TO BE PAPER.... Good morning all. I was rather rudely awakened this morning by a giant clap of thunder, so much for sleeping in. So I toddled down stairs to the computer to get my blog post done a little earlier then usual. Now that the storm is past it is really quiet in here. Anyway, down to business. The card I have to show you today is one I made for todays fortnightly Elzybell challenge. For all the details, pop over to Elizabeth's blog . Todays challenge is a sketch challenge and I love sketch challenges even more then I love color challenges. With a sketch challenge all the work is done for you. You just pick an image that will fit the sketch or you do like I did and make the image fit the sketch. I did this by adding the words "for you" and "friend" to the truly tiny daisy image, to make it work in a longer box. I also tweeked the sketch a bit by making my card square. This card is 4x4. I am really excited about the new Stampin' Up! catalog and I am having an open house tomorrow night. Below are the three projects that all my stamping friends are going to do. I used the 4 new stamp sets that I pre-ordered (Teeny Tiny Wishes, Razzle Dazzle, Lots of Bots and Autumn Days), 4 of the 6 new InColors (Bermuda Bay, Crushed Curry, Dusty Durango and Soft Suede), 2 new ribbons and the InColor markers. Everyone is gonna have a lot of fun making these 3 cards, winning doorprizes and eating desert. If you are in the area why don't you drop by...

If you read my blog at all this winter you know that I spent a ton of hours working on my entries for Stampin' Up!'s Artisan Award contest. Well I didn't win, obviously and since I am mostly done sulking about it I thought that I would take the time to share the 3 scrapbook pages that I did for it. The scrapbook pages feature my three youngest children Manny, Ellie and Jessika. I won't get into the details of what I used since most of it is now retired but I needed to do a little showing off. Sorry about the quality of the pictures, they were taken poolside at my girlfriends beach house where I put the finishing touches on my entries.

It is time for the fortnightly challenge. And this time the whole team was challenged to make a card using the colors in their countries flag. Turns out that even though we have several different countries represented all the colors are Red, White and Blue or just red and white for my neighbors to the north. Broke out my sewing machine (all your fault Paula) because the card needed a little something. The main image is colored with colored pencils and paper pieced. The clouds are sponged onto the navy background.
