Our Daily Bread Designs June blog hop...
Welcome to the Our Daily Bread Designs June new release blog hop! If you just arrived from Chris's blog you are in the right place. If you just popped in for a visit you may want to go visit the Our Daily Bread Designs blog and start the hop at the beginning. On the blog you will also find all the information on how you can win one of FOUR fabulous prizes that Kelley is giving away this month.
For my card this month I used the new set Serve the Lord and the matching crocheted border and crocheted Circle dies. First of all this set is gorgeous and really easy to work with. I am always thrilled by the matching dies, they make putting a card together so easy. And easy is so what I need in my life right now. I stamped the crocheted circle twice, once with brown ink and once with black. I colored the black one with copic markers, cut around the inner circle, then sponged lightly. The brown one I cut out using the die then sponged the edges with distress ink. When I layer the two pieces together it make a nice focal point for my card. I layered some lovely Prima designer paper with the crocheted border, added a verse and a big bow and my card was finished.
Now hop on over to Sandee's blog and check out what gorgeousness she has in store for you!
What I used:
Our Daily Bread Designs Serve the Lord and matching dies
SU chocolate chip, confetti cream
Versafine black and sepia, various Ranger distress inks
