Our Daily Bread Designs July blog hop...

Hello all!  Welcome to the Our Daily Bread Designs July new release blog hop.  If you just arrived here from Becca's blog you are in the right place.  If you just popped in from somewhere else you may want to go to the Our Daily Bread Designs blog and start the blog hop at the very beginning.

The hop will run though 8:00PM EDT on July 2nd.  The winners will be announced July 3rd on the ODBD blog.  Kelley is giving away four great prizes this month; three prizes of a set of your choice and one grand prize of the complete bread basket bundle.  What do you have to do to win?  Visit each designers blog and leave a comment then return to the ODBD blog and let us know you completed the hop and answer the question there.

For my card today I used a verse from the set Not Forgotten and the Old Flag background stamp.  I stamped the background in black on a white piece of card stock then colored with Copic markers.  I then sponged with distress inks to get the weathered look I was striving for.  I added some distressing to both the background and some of the layers, finishing with my verse and some fun star brads.

SU night of navy, riding hood red, early espresso, GP white
Memento black, Versafine black, Ranger antique linen and brushed corduroy
Copic markers, SU star brads, twine, sponges
Spellbinders Elegant Ovals and Grand Caliber
