Get In Shape...

No this isn't my todo list, tho getting in shape certain needs to be on it, rather it is the title of this weeks Papertake Weekly challenge.  You are challenged to use 3 shapes on your card.  On mine I used a square, a rectangle (which is a bit hidden behind all my embellishments) and the oval-ish shape of ODBD elegant ovals matching stamp and Spellbinders.
