national scrapbook day challenge...

Good morning!  I hope that all is well with you.  It is once again Saturday and time for another Our Daily Bread Designs Shining the Light challenge.  Since today is national scrapbooking day this week the team challenges you to: do any sized scrapbook page.


My page is a 12x12 starring my oldest daughter Jessika, the picture is this years school portrait.  I have to confess it has been at least 2 years, maybe 3 since I have had time to do any scrapbooking at all but I have promised myself that I would make time to do more this year.  This challenge way a good way to get back into it.  Why don't you join us and play along?

Debi, what an incredible layout!! Your details, the photo, the colors and your actual layout are amazing!! I especially love the added butterflies, the flourish and your design!! Each and every one of you are blowing me away with your lay outs for this week. You all took something that was a challenge or something you were not used to making and created a piece of art!! Oh how sweet Debi! I love how you used the grunge butterfly along with the dimensional ones... Seems like everything will simply float off the page. The colors are so striking and really make this beautiful photo pop! Blessings...

Debi, girl, I can't believe that yu have not been scrapping....your layout of Jessika is absoluely stunning! She is such a beautiful young lady and your choice of stamps and embellishments are perfect!!
