the blues

My new catalog celebration was this weekend. A bunch of my customers came over Saturday night and Sunday afternoon to check out the new Stampin' Up! catalog, do some terrific (even if I do say so myself) projects, eat chocolate and just generally have a stampin' good time. I thought I would share a couple of the projects we did.
I made this sweet little 4x4 card for my new catalog celebration. I used the little jaguar from the new zoofari stamp set and the word welcome is from warm words. The jaguar was stamped with basic black classic ink and colored with various classic inks and a blender pen. I used the new soft sky prints designer paper as well as blue bayou, soft sky, not quite navy and whisper white card stock

This card uses the new stamp set Double Line Doodle. I really like the paisleys in this set. I used basic black, soft sky and whisper white card stock. The images are stamped with basic black ink and the flower is colored in using a blender pen and soft sky and always artichoke ink. The main image is embellished with a black brad and black gingham ribbon.

I like your designs. I have not realy done much stamping yet. I need to look into it. I am currently in charge of employee birthday/anniversary recognition at work and I opted to hand make all the cards, each one an original. I was thinking about selling them online. Perhaps not sure yet. That would require a whole new level of commitment. Well I just wanted to say I like your work & I think most Deborahs are cretive.
These cards are excellent! WOW! I love them!
