from the beach...

Just a quick update from the beach. Beautiful day here on Sanibel Island. Was up at dawn and walked about 3 miles, still a little cool but way, way warmer then home. Spent most of the day hanging out at the pool finishing up the book "the Shack". Absolutely fabulous must read book. Played some rummy this afternoon then eucher this evening. A couple of glasses of wine and a massage, life is good!

Hi Debi,
I am soooo envious! We are expecting 8-10" of snow today. That's a lot for us, here in the DC area.
I have visited Sanibel, but not since 2004. I know hurricanes have taken a toll since then.
Any reccomendations on hotels?
