August workshop cards...

You are gonna wish that you had booked a workshop for the month of August after you have seen what I have for you. Check them out...
What do you think? Maybe you should call me and book a workshop.

If you can't I understand and since I am in a kind mood I will give you a quick run down on how each one is done. The first card uses the new stamp Medallion. This stamp caught my eye first thing. I think you will be seeing a lot of it, because I really, really like all the things you can do with it. The card base on this is made out of confetti cream. I then stamped the medallion stamp on it using a Versamark stamp pad. I then used sponge dauber to apply pastel chalks. On a scrap I did the same thing of just the center of the medallion then punched it out with a 1 3/4" circle punch, added a little bling with a fire circle rhinestone brad then attached the circle to the center of the medallion with foam dimensionals. Added a couple of strips of basic grey and sage shadow card stock, a little apricot appeal narrow grosgrain ribbon to finish it up.

On the second card I used another favorite set. This one isn't brand new but I haven't demoed it much yet so I pulled it out to use. I inked the tree stamp using markers so that I could get the color where I wanted it. Stamped the tree on confetti card stock, sponged the edges with chocolate chip ink, then layered it on chocolate chip card stock. Ran the old olive card base through the big shot using the new finial press embossing folder. Added a strip of soft suede card stock and a bit of old olive wide grosgrain ribbon to finish is off

Good Luck with your Workshops!
If this is what your art work looks like, there is no wonder that your work made it to the board at convention. Congratulations!!! I don't know what ones were yours but they were all stunning and that means that yours was too!
