Our Daily Bread December New Release!

Good morning all! Welcome to the Our Daily Bread Designs November Release Blog Hop!!! If you came here from Becca Feeken's blog Amazing Paper Grace you are in the right place! If you just happened on to my blog and did not start at the Our Daily Bread Designs Blog you should go there now and start at the beginning. You really need to start at the beginning because along your journey you are going to find secret words hidden along the hop which you need to collect along with the name of each designer, make sure you comment on each one too. Then you will return to the ODBD blog and leave a comment that you have visited all the blogs. There you will find an email address to email your secret words to. Two lucky winners will win their choice of one free stamp set! Winners will be chosen by Random from the correct emails Grace receives by Dec 2 8PM EST.

Now would you like to see a couple of projects made using the new release?
Isn't that the most beautiful poinsettia ever??? I colored this lovely image from the "His Gifts" with my Copic markers on vanilla card stock. It is then layered on black card stock and sprayed with a liberal amount of gold glimmer mist. I wish you could see how sparkly it is in real life. I used some BoBunny designer paper, black brads and striped ribbon then added the verse embossed in black on a scrap of vellum.
I had to also share with you this quick little ornament I made to tuck into the box I am sending off to a friend. I used a plain glass ornament I picked up at ACMoore. The snowflakes from "Peace & Joy" are stamped with white Stazon and the greeting was stamped with black Stazon.

I hope you enjoyed seeing what I have done with these new sets. It is almost time for you to hop on over to Betty Wright's blog Stamping to the Wright then on to Angie Zublionis's blog Quacking Creations, but before you go my secret word is basket. Be sure you are keeping a list of all the DT names so you can write their secret word next to them and email that to Grace at the address given on the ODBD Blog at the end of the hunt. You have until 8 PM EST on Dec 2 to email the secret word/words each designer had! Remember two lucky winners will each win a stamp set.
