Debi's Crazy Life;

Good morning all.  It is a bright super cold morning here in central NY.  My sinus headache has finally retreated enough for me to head to my office and finish up some projects I have been working on for the last week or two.  I started this one last Wednesday for the SCS sketch challenge and the Color Throwdown challenge .  I could not manage to get the center panel correct for anything.  This is my third (and final!) attempt at getting it all to work together.  For my card I used Our Daily Bread Designs January stamp set "Faith"  and some of the lovely BG Curio designer paper.  I thought the two were the perfect combination for both the sketch and the soft color combination. Hello all!  Winter is on us with a vengeance here in Central New York.  A little over 10 days ago we had had no snow yet for the season, then we got blasted.  Four feet of snow in four days and it hasn't stopped for more then a day at a time since.  With snow totals someplace in the 60" region you can image that I have been a bit distracted.  So much extra time has been spent shoveling or driving or obsessing over having to drive in the snow that I haven't had much play time at all lately.  Since I had a short day at work today, and a stress free drive home courtesy of my hubby I thought I would indulge in a bit of crafty play time this evening.  I am super excited that I managed to actually get two cards done.  The first card I made using Our Daily Bread Designs Blessings and some lovely Basic Grey Curio designer paper.  I made it for the SplitCoastStampers sketch challenge and this weeks Color Throwdown Challenge .  My second card use...
