a challenging challenge

Todays "Ways to Use it" challenge over on SplitCoastStampers is to create using numbers. Now I have to say that this one had me stumped. I had some school type paper with numbers on it but nothing to go with it, so I folded some laundry while I thought about it, still didn't know what to do. So I sorted my sons clothing, he has out grown everything. Still no ideas. Ate lunch, guess what, nope no ideas. Decided I would take a nap and as soon as I lay down, I had it! Mo's Digital Pencil has this adorable little birthday girl blowing out her "#1" candle. What I used:
Mo's Digital Pencil
old olive, soft suede, whisper white card stock
My Mind's Eye Wild Asparagus designer paper
soft suede polka dot ribbon
sponge
Lyra colored pencils, OMS and blending stumps
glaze pen and glitter pen
