stampin' sisters in Christ challenges...

Last week I stumbled across a new challenge:

I didn't have time to play then but I wanted to make a point of playing each week from now on. This weeks challenge is a sketch challenge, and I love, love, love sketch challenges.
This is what I came up with. I tweaked the sketch a bit by moving the cut away corner from the right to the left. I haven't done any major distressing in quite a while but the linen look designer paper that the footprints are stamped on inspired me. I started off just sponging the edges then just went a little crazy from there. The card is small, 4 1/4 inches square.

What I used:
Our Daily Bread Designs Footprints in the Sand
chocolate chip, kraft card stock
My Mind's Eye Bella Bella designer paper
chocolate chip, creamy caramel classic ink pad
wide striped chocolate chip ribbon
brown brads of unknown origin
sponge
